The room bears a quiet, meditative presence, its low ceiling lending an intimate feeling to the space. Against the southern wall, an elaborate altar commands attention, its sculpted surface forming a cascading waterfall that tumbles gracefully into a shallow pool below. Flanking the altar, twin columns rise, their forms adorned with carvings of swimming nymphs frozen in the eternal dance of the water’s flow. The gentle murmur of falling water and the faint scent of stone and moisture fills the chamber with a sense of hushed reverence. |

A large key, carved from solid ice, floats motionless in the rippling fresh water of the basin. This key unlocks the door to Room #25. Once removed from the water, it begins to melt, maintaining its shape for up to 30 minutes and fully dissolving in one hour unless its frozen state is somehow otherwise maintained. Once removed, a new key slowly forms in the water, requiring 24 hours to reach full size. The altar continuously maintains a Purify Food and Drink effect, ensuring that any water passing through it remains fresh, safe to drink, and impervious to spoilage, poisoning, or contamination. |
